7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in other risky behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, and passenger or weight limits must not be exceeded. Driving outside of the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
